Security Deposit in the amount of one month's rent will be accepted upon signing the lease.


The monthly rent is due on or before the first day of each month. There will be a late charge penalty of $50.00 added if rent is received after the 10th. All returned checks will be assessed a $30.00 service charge plus applicable late charges. The check must then be replaced with a cashier's check or money order.


Each roommate is fully responsible for the entire rental payment, and each must execute the lease and all other addenda. Occupancy is limited to one adult per bedroom per unit.


Parking spaces will be alloted to the residents of each apartment home. Additional visitor parking is available. Boats, trailers, commercial vans, campers and motorcycles are not permitted to be parked on the property at any time without the written consent of management. Only operable and licensed vehicles are permitted. All vehicles must be registered at the office.


Waterbeds and aquariums are not permitted.


Pets are prohibited without written consent of management. If approved, the following restrictions apply:
• Pet Addendum must be signed
• One pet per apartment home
• Pets shall not exceed 25 pounds at full maturity
• Cats must be neutered or spayed and de-clawed
• Established pet fees and deposits must be paid in full
